Call for Papers

Abstract book for accepted abstracts •

All accepted abstracts will be included in the Conference Abstract Book, and an e-copy will be provided to all registered participants during the conference. Only peer-reviewed and accepted full-length papers will be considered for publication proceeding, subject to the scope, quality standards, editorial review, and publisher policies. Prior to the technical review process, all submitted manuscripts will undergo a plagiarism screening to ensure originality and adherence to ethical publication standards. MMCITRE2026 welcomes high-quality research contributions across a broad spectrum of themes related to mathematical modeling, computational intelligence techniques, and renewable energy. The conference topics include, but are not limited to, the areas listed below. Interdisciplinary research papers from other domains with substantial mathematical, computational, or analytical content are also highly encouraged and warmly welcomed.

Keep these dates in mind for submission and registration.

Submission Deadlines
  • Full paper submission: 15th August 2026
  • Abstract submission (presenter only): 15th August 2026
  • Note: For those submitting abstract only (no full paper).
Acceptance Notification
  • Full length paper acceptance: 25th August 2026
  • Abstract acceptance: 25th August 2026
Registration
  • Early registration till: 10th September 2026
  • Recommended to secure your participation early.

Submission Guidelines

  • Papers should be in English.
  • It is preferable for research papers to have a minimum length of 10 and not more than 12 pages.
  • Previously published work may not be submitted, nor may the work be concurrently submitted to any other conference or journal. Such papers will be rejected without review.
  • Similarity with previously published work should be less than 10%.
  • Self-references/citations should not exceed 10% of the total references.

Publications

Conference Proceedings

All submitted papers will be peer reviewed and accepted papers will be published in a book of proceedings (Proposal submitted). The proceedings will be indexed in major databases including Web of Science and Scopus (as applicable).

Call for Symposia

Propose a special session in your area of expertise

Symposium Template (PDF)

Persons interested in organizing symposia in their areas of expertise are invited to submit proposals in MS Word by email to profmanojsahni@gmail.com.

The proposal should include:

1) Title

Propose a title for the Symposia / Special Session.

2) Abstract

Brief abstract (150-250 words) describing novelty, aim and scope, objective and outcome in brief.

3) Organizers

List of organizers with affiliations and contact details.

Note
  • It is expected that the Symposia/ Special session organizers shall independently be able to arrange a minimum of six presentations.
  • One of the Symposia/ Special session organizer will get a 20% discount on the standard registration fee.
  • Certificates will be provided to all special session organizers.
